Were these files originally made with OS9 operating system ?
IF so
I recommend that you use a Mac that can boot from OS9 and check them
out with that .

I have suddenly (though I don't know when it happened) discovered that
over 100 saved files have become corrupted. Regrettably my automated
back-up system has mirrored the problem.....which probably means it
happened some time ago.
I would welcome any suggestions.
