A number of people have recently told me that emails that they have tried to send to me have bounced. Needless to say I haven't received the emails.
I'm using OS 10.4.7, Entourage 2004 for Mac v11.2.4, and Westnet's Spam Quarantine service. The bounced emails are listed in the digest of quarantined emails that Westnet sends me each day. All non-quarantined emails are downloaded and are not left on the server. I'm nowhere near my monthly account limit. Any suggestions about cause and cure? Thank you, Michael Hawkins.
