Mail has just decided t work again this instant. Unfortunately I
don't know why. No idea. Just started again with same password etc. I
can only think it may have been a problem with Bigpond rejecting the
password.
I have had this problem at Tsunami on minor accounts for some time
but never that serious.
I think in future I may go back to Entourage as I never had
(comparatively) as many problems and I believe now Spotlight will
index their emails. I hope it's true for older versions as well.
