Thanks to all WAMUGGERS who helped out with donations of equipment
for my Zimbabwe school project.
15 pretty-fast Macs with printers and educational software are en
route to Durban and then on to Pickstone Zimbabwe. The mining
company sponsoring the school aims to get a PC networked with the
Macs providing internet access via wireless from their minesite.
When it is all set up they are giving me a trip to see it all running
and give some lessons to the kids and the staff.
I still have a pile of Macs which are destined for an Aboriginal
project beyond Meekathara.
