Hi to the experts...
Not the same icon that I have received. Mine is in Mail 2.0.7 where
the SPAM symbol usually presents itself, but for the first in my
experience I have one in email which shows a double exclamation mark.
It is also the first SPAM (?) I have received that is addressed to
my current address. All hundreds of others arrive via my old cygnus
address.
Any clues, or anybody else had it in their mail?

Hi...
It's happening on my machine too (10.4.6). It's as if the Finder
icon jumped out of the Dock and got stuck. The icon is floating in
front of all other windows.
Not sure what I've recently changed that might have caused this.
Low disk space as usual may be a culprit :)
Annoyingly the Finder no longer appears as an icon in the task
switcher (command-tab) either.
