Movie studios aren't about to kill off their cash cow :-) DVDs (and future formats) will be around for quite some time yet. Even h.264 is not quite dvd quality, so with the push to HD future disc formats are still quite important to movie studios. It will be no different than the current system with music downloads from iTS - you can still walk into Sanity and buy the CD, if you want. With the disgraceful levels of broadband in Australia, DVD's are still your best bet, and the fact that tv shows and movies on iTS are only available in the US - I figure another 3 years before we see them here (and not Apple's fault either!).
