When they took over Arachnet I had all of that problem ( last
December) ,
and even weeks ago the Service phone did not answer for 30 + minutes.
Email to support took days to answer.
On the other hand ,
the other day I rang and it answered inside of 30 seconds,
but the email I sent over 24 hours before had not been answered at
that time.
I still have an outstanding defiiency in the " member facilities
Spam control " .
With their rapid expansion of Network this sort of " ugh " service
would be the norm
just about anywhere .
So I guess it depends on what you can put up with for the price
offered.
and also depends on how much you need their advice to set up your
machine .
