Hi, I have different glasses for use with the computer, multifocals
are an absolute pain with a screen straight in front of you. The
reading part of the glasses is in the lower part of the lens. So, as
someone else has said, the trick is to have single focus lenses for
the computer. cheers, Susan.

I have a problem - my new imac, because of the stand, is about 7 cm
higher than my old one. Because I have multifocal lenses with the
reading section at the bottom, I have to tip my head back a little
to read anything.
I find I am getting a sore back as a result. Two solutions could be
to use a cushion on my seat and to get a pair of glasses for
reading only, but I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem.
