Help needed for a friend using MS Word from MS Office 2004. Suddenly she cannot choose the paper size from Page Set up. It stays on Envelope rather than go to A4 when selected. Where are these things stored? Is it a plist file and if so which one?
I have experimented with my program and have thrown out com.microsoft.Word.plist AND com.microsoft.Word.prefs.plist AND Microsift Office Settings (11) but my setting still come back What can we throw out that will be reinstalled automatically? Thanks Lloyd
