Now it becomes more interesting, as in theory it may work, but things
plugged into the Mac for Virtual PC don't always work. You will need to look
at the preferences for Virtual PC, and see if your device shows up, there
may be a box you can tick.

This may be time for Mac to get a Macbook.

I now have XP running-only one ! and Keyspan USB to  DB9 male socket with
all connected up but do not know how to set ports :-( Do I need software or
just settings. I have tried guessing the Com 1 and com 2 ports with no luck.
do I need to set something on the Mac side?
