I thought I'd report on my success with using one of these cards
(obtained from eBay for $27) to add some more USB ports to my Alum.
PowerBook 1.25
I've had my printer and track-ball hooked up to it for a couple of
weeks.
This one on ebay is the same thing ..

It has 4 USB ports and hole to take a power adaptor (output 5v 1a)
which isn't provided - I had one from a USB hub that didn't work for
me. It also came with a USB cable.
