Hi Lloyd, Not sure if I understand correctly the problem. But seing that you chose to save the package you should find it in the usual place of:
Macintosh HD > Library > Packages > SecUpD2006-007 or whichever is the latest update that was downloaded. With OS X 10.3.9 the latest update a few wekks ago came as SecUpD2006-007. You should be able to download it again, but I believe that the 'Receipt' is kept in a different folder, and if you remove the receipt package to a temp folder, Software Update should download it again. The Receipt is found at: Macintosh HD > Library > Receipts > SecUpD2006-007 (or xxxx - 008) and remove this receipt package to your temp file. Then launch Software Update again.
