Thanks James, thanks David. Whilst in Preview, I highlighted the areas where
the text should be, and the areas do highlight as if the text was there, but
still the text remains invisible. So at least it is there somehow.

I then tried cutting/copying the invisible text, pasting into another app,
and yep, it does pick up the invisible text.

Hmm. Something to be aware of in the future I guess.
