Copy the iPhoto 4 library folder into the Pictures folder of your
MacMini - intact.
You'll need to delete the library folder that's currently in there.
Then, just to make sure all ownership and permissions are correct in
the new locations, download and run BatChmod

Then launch iPhoto and let it update the V4 library folder. That
should do it.
Be sure to keep a copy of the V4 library folder just in case the
update doesn't go right and you need to try again.
