this will be a "clover leaf" type connector
can you clarify if this the full three contact pin (where all three wires in the cables connect to the jack in the addaptor) or the 2 contact pin type were the third (ground) lug exists but has no cable/contact.
I might have a couple of the 2 contact ones laying around but I doubt I have any 3 contact pin ones
