Try: Hold down the option key and then select Empty Trash with the
key held down.
If this doesn't work.
Quit WMP & make sure no other app is using one of the files in
question, for instance a text app for the WMP EULA doc.
If all else fails, log out of & then back into your account, which
should make sure all apps have quit. If even that doesn't work, try a
restart.
