I don't understand what QOS means. The guy at iinet who changed my account over to ADSL2 plus VoIP said the router was capable of handling VoIP. But he was a salesman!

I shall definitely contact iinet again.

iinet sell the Belkin ATA which does not have Mac software. They suggested I try the NetComm ATA but again, no Mac software.
