try following
click on the bluetooth logo & select browse device, can you see your
phone?, it should show you phone memory as folder plus if you have a
memory stick that would be a second folder, double click the folder &
see if you can get a file from it, if yes then you would have to give
the blame to your isync
i'm using the same phone but for security reasons i do not store
private stuff on it, but i have a 1 gig card in it with over 6h of
mp3 & photos (shot with 550i)
