Dear Reg and other GMUGers,
How I wish you were closer.
Yesterday I received an email from a business associate. It has a
pulsating rainbow as part of its letterhead. As I replied my cursor
began pulsating and turning into a rotating ball. The Menu bar would
disappear and reappear ever few seconds. The Apple Menu became
inoperative and the Hard drive icon disappeared.
I have reset via the side button and restarted from the CD and still
the problem reamins.
I am sending this via my iBook (G4). I have attempted to describe the
fault on the Apple webpage seeking answers but my description doesn't
fit their list.
Help.
