Running Word 2004 for Mac Version 11.3 on a PowerBook G4 with OS10.4.9
I get a variety of Word documents from various people. When I run a
spell check on them I get a window labelled 'Spelling & Grammar:
English (AUS)' or 'Spelling & Grammar: English (US)'—presumably
because of the formatting in the original Word file. This is
irritating as the custom dictionary on English AUS is not available
for English US and I am having to re-enter words in one custom
dictionary which are already in the other. I am sure that this is
something that has started to happen recently and I am not sure why.
Any ideas?
