apparently eazydraw can open McDrawPro documents, their demoware version will allow saving of up to 20 documents so if that's within your requirements you maybe able to getaway with just that otherwise they have a $20 (USD) 9 month license which seems reasonable even for such a "basic" program:

I have a number of archived documents from more than ten years ago, created with McDrawPro. File Buddy shows they all have creator and type dDoc and dPro though some of them show up with a Graphic Converter icon and some with the grey Unix Executable file icon. While I have an old copy of McDrawPro I am now in a strictly non-classic environment and I am unable to open any of these oldies with Photoshop, Graphic Converter, Preview or MacDraft. The clumsy option is to reinstall classic and MacDrawPro on my G5 or my wifes G3 and open and save the files in.pict format which I think MacDraft or Graphic Converter can handle. That way I can retrieve the documents.
There must be a better way, can any one please advise?
