Combined TV Joost has great potential. Really I think they'd want
to work out some kind of bandwidth deal with ISPs though or it's not
going to be workable for most internet users in Australia.

Reg,
I've had the beta for about a month now. After a few hiccups on the
server end, I was up and running. With the limited content that is
available at the moment, the novelty of Joost slowly wears off. But
Ive read somewhere one of the major broadcasting companies on the
states have signed a deal to include ad-supported content to Joost.
I like the interface, and the fact that it works nicely with the
remote :D. It's worth checking out for anyone that hasn't yet had a
chance to.

Hi All WAMUGgers
I've received an invitation to download Joost beta, a project
that reportedly will
revolutionise the way we watch TV - bringing us the best
of TV and the best of Internet. https://www.joost.com/
It only runs on Intel Macs so I've installed it on the MacBook.
Early days yet. Has anyone else any experiences so far?
Regards
Reg
