Use cmd-ctrl-shift-3 (whole screen) or 4 (select an area, +spacebar
to capture a window or menu) to capture the whole screen to the
clipboard, then launch Preview and use cmd-N to create a new document
containing the clipboard contents. You then just print from Preview.
