Hi my sister has a MacBook, and she put her iPod shuffle headphones in the headphone port to listen to some music. But now she has taken them out, there is no sound whatsoever from the speakers, and trying to adjust the volume doesnt do anything (comes up with the volume box thingy with a round stop symbol) The actual headphone jack is now showing a red light from within it, and she has restarted the laptop it to no avail any help would be much appreciated
