Thanks to everyones help in suggesting ways of dealing with my
friends ISP problems, where aapt kept telling her that
her monthly limit had been reached. Amongst other workarounds, the
pref action of 'Remove Now' from Server helped to
do the trick.
Thanks again for this great resource! it really is comforting to know
informed help is only a half hour or so away.
