Filemaker Error 13 says that an object or file is "in use". I presume
you have tried stopping and starting Filemaker Server. Have you tried
closing the server and opening the files directly into Filemaker?
There may be some scripts not executing completely, active fields,
etc. A difficult one to solve remotely.
