Thanks for the advice, it has eased my worries, we had an experience
like it with a toy web camera, and didn't want them sitting up on the
shelf like it does.

Hi Samantha,
Mark's advice sounds great and I can add the tid-bit that you can use
iTunes to create the playlist of songs that you would like on the
player, then drag and drop the songs into the player's 'hard disk'
directory from the iTunes window.
