Paul You have two options in regards to reducing the file size.
1. In the drop down menu you see when you use 'Save As PDF' in the Print Dialog Box, look for a filter to "reduce file size", which will save the PDF at a lower resolution and do what it says it will do - reduce the file size. 2. The other option is something you can use on the PDF's you have already saved. Right-click (Control-click) on the files icon, and select 'open with -> colorsync utility'. Down the bottom of this window you will see a drop down menu for 'filters', select 'reduce file size' and then 'apply'. You can then clos the window, and select 'save' from the dialog box that pops up. I regularly use the second option after I have used a small utility called 'Combine PDF's', and this option has seen 40+MB files reduced to less the 2MB. Hope this helps. Regards Daniel F.
