yeh seems to be - one of the people I support as one that's got a
slight tint to the bottom half. It's not severe but it is noticeable.
that said there are about 20 or so identical ones in that area and
that's the only one with the problem.
Apparently the problems also been seen on some newer (Al framed) 23"
Studio monitors.
just so you know my Canon G9 camera has exactly the same issue on its
(3") LCD screen and Canon have suggested that it's not a warranty
issue (ie they won't replace the screen for free - I don't see it as
serious so I'm not phased or going to make an official warranty
claim) so not an issue restricted to big screens from Apple... it's
probably a slacking off of quality control by the 3rd party LCD
manufacturers to get enough units to make their order numbers.
Does anyone have any input to make on this?
