I thought I would briefly publish my experience installing Leopard on MacBook Pro 2.33MHz 2Gb RAM so that anyone considering the upgrade may get an indication of what happens.

Chose archive and install method.
Chose to check DVD before installing, it took 20 minutes.
Chose to not install some languages and printer drivers, installation took 40 minutes. After installation it took about one hour to check and adjust system preferences. Ran update and installed 10.5.1, after reboot, blue screen lasted 35 minutes.

Overall Leopard was easy to install, easier than I remember of earlier versions. Its looks wonderful, lots of cool eye candy, and runs fast>>>> I like quick look and time machine is very cool, haven't had a chance to get to spaces yet. I really like Leopard and recommend it if you are thinking about the upgrade.

I hope everyone @ WAMUG has a wonderful 2008, and thank you all very much for the great support you provide.

Best wishes
edward
