Hi, have you actually tried phoning out on the VOIP line? There is no dial tone, and my experience is that you need to activate a line by pressing the green button on your phone, wait a moment or two, then dial.
If you dial, then press the green button (or whatever you are using to get the line open), the call does not go through. I've been using VOIP for a couple of years now. We have switched to the Naked DSL plan, so only have a VOIP phone. Cheers, Susan.
