Hi Wamug, I'm helping someone move from Vista to a new MacBook with a Time Capsule.
Time Capsule is connected to bigpond.com internet, and MacBook talks to Time Capsule wirelessly. Vista machine has an ethernet cable back to Time Capsule, and it has internet connectivity as well. It did report an IP conflict, but works fine regardless. Turned on file sharing in Mac, but Mac is not visible from Vista. Turned on file & print sharing in Vista (via control panel network settings), but it is not visible from Mac. Are we going to be able to transfer files using this config? If so, what am I missing?
