Often when I try to wake up my 1.8G G5 tower from sleep it goes
through the processes then quickly goes back to sleep like a person
not wanting to get up for work when their alarm clock goes off. If I
quickly press the mouse button when it's in the process of going back
to sleep it wakes up properly but if I let it go back to sleep
completely the same thing often occurs.
I've had this issue for quite some time but thought it might get fixed
without me having to do anything since I'd read there were some sleep
issues with 10.5.
I used to use my music on my mac for an alarm clock but can't due to
the unreliable wakeup issue and now that I've just bought an eyetv
it'd be nice to be able to schedule recording without having to leave
my computer turned on.
All suggestions appreciated
