Stupid, I know, but I discovered (by accident) a handy feature in Leopard that stems from an old handy feature in Photoshop.
For a while now, we've been able to take a screenshot of a section of the screen by pressing Command+Shift+4, and then click and drag to create a marque of what we want to capture. In Leopard, you don't have to worry about the origin of the marque. Once you click and drag to start the marque, just hold down the space bar to move the marque to where you want (this is the handy bit). Release the space bar to resize the marque and release the mouse button as usual to take the snapshot. Of course this is probably documented somewhere, but who reads ALL the "new features" of a new OS? cheers ..::D-[ Travis -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> Unsubscribe - <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
