After using more than my allocation per month, again, I upgraded my ADSL Plan and was told that it would all be fine after midnight, two Tech calls and off to India for 45 minutes, twice, no joy, a return service call, all fixed, how you ask? use Explorer or firefox, not Safari, to enter your account name and password changes to your modem settings, Safari will generate an 'invalid' error message every time. Tip of the day!
