This is very reassuring news. The review said clearing a paper jam was difficult and might shorten the life of the printer if it occurred frequently. It also said placing the CD was not straight forward - but I guess that comes with testing.
We found that working out how to get the CD in was a bit non-intuitive, but once we sorted that out it was not difficult and worked well. We do not have to do anything special to "line up" the disk and we use the Mac software provided with the printer.
