Folks,
I am a long long time Westnet customer and for the first time ever I am experiencing problems with SPAM.
Since WN swapped from Sophos to Ironport I am getting up to 5 or more SPAMs daily and ALL of them are obvious SPAM (Nigerian pleas, the Paypal one, bank ones and Viagra etc).
I complained to WN and was told that the system did not "recognize" them as spam, something I find a bit hard to accept. I find Ironport hard to use, there is no list that I can find to check what is being blocked and I have no started to miss real emails - without knowing it. I am getting stonewall un-informative responses from WN. Anyone else experiencing this?
