Ronni, I did this update a couple of days after it was released, and
it took 4 minutes to download. So, it may not take all that long for
that part, although installation and reboot was a wait. cheers, Susan.

It took me an hour to download the update & then a long time to
install & reboot.
He must NOT disconnect his iPhone while doing this download and
installation.
iTunes will let him know when it is safe to Disconnect the iPhone.

He is a bit confused as to where to go once he opens the link ,and
