Hi Rob,
I currently use PhotoManger, but it will not allow me to do what I want.
I contacted Apple because I still have Apple Care on the MacBook. I
was put through to a "product specialist" after a bit of prompting.
The "product specialist" discovered that indeed, there is not a way to
export an album while retaining BOTH titles and sequence - it is a
problem with how the program is structured. He was surprised that this
was not possible - he said that it was possible back with iPhoto 4,
but I can't remember that for sure.
He has contacted Cupertino to advocate for the feature being made
available in any future upgrade. I was surprised that this product
specialist was not already aware of the limitation - does that say
something about the level of training?
Stay tuned, but don't hold your breath!

Hi Folks,
I have reason to move some Albums in iPhoto from a MacBook and add
them to iPhoto on an iMac.
While I can do that by exporting and importing, I can either retain
the titles of the photos in the album OR retain the sequence, but I
can't seem to retain the titles AND the sequence.
I have checked through the WAMUG archives where the question has
been raised, but not my specific question. I have googled the key
words in several different ways, but all to no avail. I see the
question raised in various forms, but no answers.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Both the MacBook and iMac are using Leopard 10.5.8 and iPhoto 09
Ver 8.1
Thanks
