Hi Muggers
We will be finally moving into the new house after a very long and
frustrating 28 months of building down here in the SW. I just cant
wait to get in there.
The house is on a nice bush block on the ridge at the back of
Dunsborough and I am going to need a good internet connection and
mobile but am not sure what or who I should go for. I understand that
there are three categories of 3G 'strength', A,B and C and that
Telstra has the best coverage down here. The C category is suitable
for rural areas. Am on the right track here?
For my phone, I have been seriously thinking the latest iphone and I
dont really want a land line with Telstra if I can help it. Are there
any other makes that would be suitable?
For my internet I was thinking about the 3G wireless modem that I can
plug into my MacBook. I understand that Telstra has a specific
wireless modem/router that can be used as well, to enable other
computers in the house to use the service, is that right?
Can anyone give me advice or point in the right direction on these?
Many thanks for any help
kindest regards
chris
