Mozilla ( http://www-archive.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.7.13/ ) automatically redirects to the index.jsp page while Opera ( http://labs.opera.com/downloads/ ) also redirects but gives the message that you should upgrade the browser to Netscape 4 or higher or Explorer 4 or higher.
