IINET have a 24/7 call centre and they live in Hay Street Subiaco I find them quite easy to contact and if a queue of callers they invite you to leave your number and they call back. And they do call back I have telephone and internet connection bundled Yes they do have some in call centre with foreign accents that makes it hard for old deaf people to understand but with a speaker phone it works fine
