No Synergy isn't very good at things. They have no e-mail address and
their website is a mess. The "contact us" page has a pull down for
categories but nothing in it. I think the problems are due to the
stupid division of the old SEC into Western Power and Synergy, with
consequent opportunities for buck passing.

they worked okay in Firefox
