| Evening all Having some trouble with our new MacBookPro. (2.4 GHz core 2 duo 4 GB 1027 MHz DDR 3) I tried to send the contents of a page in Safari through the normal mode, File/mail contents of this page. and a warning came up " Safari can't create an email message because Microsoft Entourage doesn't support sending webpages from Safari. You can use the Mail app included with Mac OS X to send messages" I have no intention of using Enterage and the only reason it is on there is it came with Office Mac 2008 as my partner still has some documents she is using that are Word and excel based. We have set up her email the same as on the iMac (iinet-imap) and that seems to be working fine. I cannot see anywhere in the preferences of either programme that would cause this to happen. If anyone could shed some light on the problem I would be very grateful Regards Pedro MacBook 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo 2 GB/667 MHz 160GB OS X 10.6.3 Snow Leopard -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> Unsubscribe - <mailto:[email protected]> |
