Hi Lloyd, your email address includes lots of stuff that is not actually part 
of the email address. I think if you take out everything except the email 
address itself it will go through. As below:

Instead of:

"LLOYD Gerald [Safety Bay Senior High School]" <[email protected]>

send the unsubscribe email from:

[email protected]

If you have already tried this, then ignore my advice!
