Hi James I could stand corrected, but I think the early PPC 680x0 chips were Motorola, then they went to IBM. (eg 68030, 68040) (Fuzzy brain day today)
So it was things like the LCII, LCIII, 7200, 7500 etc,..were Motorola then once it went G3 etc, that was IBM. Then after that to Intel.
