I had a prior version of one of the CLP. It worked OK for a brief period, then stopped. With a lot of patience, got it replaced under warranty. Then the second one stopped working as well and I gave up on the CLP. The support people seemed to know how to support the CLP on Windows. OSX users seemed to be a minority.
