I am in a quandary about how to convert my reports (which are in Word a4 portrait format but also contain a few landscape pages with tables) to a single pdf. At the moment word prints (Print, Save as pdf) about 3 or 4 separate pdf files and I need it be in one pdf. I have also tried Adobe distiller (from CS2) but that does not convert due to an error that I dont understand.
Do I need to convert the landscape pages to portrait? The explanation maybe that the landscape pages are also section breaks in the word document. Or is it possible to combine the seperate pdf files into one single pdf file.
I have spent way too much time on trying to work this out, so I thought someone in the mac group maybe able to offer some advice, for which I will be very grateful indeed.
