Hi, A friend of mine has an “elderly” Powerbook G4 running Tiger. In order for her to use her brand new iPod Nano, she needs a later version of iTunes, which, of course, will not run on Tiger. I’ve got a copy of Leopard that came with the Macbook I bought last year, which I’ve since upgraded to Snow Leopard. Can anyone tell me if this version of the OS would be installable on her Mac, or do I need a copy of the “upgrade” version which will be more universal (e.g. drivers etc.) in nature?
