Hi Rick, What version of Mail are you using? Are you receiving an error message when you try to receive Mail? You say "All settings in Mail seem to be correct" … Check again to make sure they are correct ;-) Your name: Rick Armstrong Email address: [email protected] Incoming mail server: mail.iinet.net.au Mail server type: POP Username: Your iiNet email address Password: Your iiNet account password Outgoing mail server: mail.iinet.net.au Have you checked Connection Doctor for any explanation? Choose Window > Connection Doctor. In the Connection Doctor window, Mail lists every incoming and outgoing email account you’ve configured. It attempts to log in to each account, and if it fails with any of them, it shows an explanation of why it failed. If the Connection Doctor window suggests a specific fix, try that first. Otherwise please reply back to WAMUG with more details so we can assist you.
